Here at The Bahama Hut we have a few basic rules.
- We have a zero tolerance for violence. Anyone found to be intimating others or causing trouble will be removed instantly for the rest of the night. If you become a repeat offender for been a ‘dick’ then you will end up not been welcome in The Bahama Hut.
- If you are experiencing any type of problems with any other patrons please ensure to bring it to our security staff attention rather than taking matters into your own hands. Our security staff inside the bar are always wearing bright yellow T Shirts so they are easily visible. The shirt has The Bahama Hut logo on the front and Lifeguard on the back.
- Dress Code. The Bahama Hut works on a ‘Dress & Appearance’ code meaning 2 people could be wearing the same thing but if your jeans are hanging down and your wearing really baggy t shirt you will be denied entry. Jeans and a T Shirt are the minimum here and if your T Shirt looks angry or has a ‘fuck the world’ or ‘gangsta’ like look about it then you will also be automatically declined entry. You can not get in wearing runners this is a nightclub dress to impress.
Safe Partying Guidelines
Here at The Bahama Hut our goal is to provide a fun & safe environment for our patrons. We will do our best to insure you have a fantastic night and we all know the smallest thing can ruin it so we’ve put together a few ideas to help guide you towards the perfect night.
- Don’t drink too much before town.
- Have a good meal before drinking (Meat and Potatoes)
- Have a glass of water between drinks. Will help your body process the alcohol and will help rehydrate the body since alcohol dehydrates you.
- Know your limits and drink responsibly. Avoid shots if you’ve already had a bit to drink.
- Sort out how you are getting home before you come to town. Stash taxi money in your shoe or wallet or organise someone to sober drive.
- Don’t bring valuables to town.
- Don’t bring ‘your mates’ cause no one likes a dick.
At the end of the day to ensure you have a great night make sure you watch your drinking and your friends drinking because if they become intoxicated and they maybe ask to leave the premises and that’s a downer on everyone.
If you are stuck for a ride talk to the bar staff they will be more than happy to ring you a taxi or dialer driver.
If you need anything during your visit to The Bahama Hut talk to a staff member and if they can not help you by all means ask for the bar manager.
